As our local grandsons grow, it is more difficult to be gone for periods of time. At the same time I so enjoy wandering and exploring this country in Grover
Despite the many fires out west, our focus will be a few weeks of meandering through Oregon. Eastern Oregon family, Alvord Desert, Steen Mountains, Bend and the coast are all on our list. We'd love to hear any of your must see places!!
Wonderful first stop at our friends, John and Michele's house. Always such great hosts and lovely accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed Michele's home cooked meal and lively conversation on the state of the world 😊. Many thanks and we will be back!!
Off for another 500 miles to the west. Nellie says it is a beautiful day for driving!
